Anxiety- a poem of sorts

anx·i·e·ty
aNGˈzīədē/
noun
1. a feeling of worry, nervousness, or unease, typically about an imminent event or something with an uncertain outcome.
2. a nervous disorder characterized by a state of excessive uneasiness and apprehension, typically with compulsive behavior or panic attacks.

Anxiety is hard to describe.

Anxiety is something everyone experiences at some point, but not something everyone suffers from.

Anxiety can be a crippling mental disorder.

Anxiety is misunderstood.

Anxiety is this feeling of feeling completely out of control.

Anxiety is an indescribable, irrational fear of nothing and everything at the same time.

Anxiety is feeling completely overwhelmed about what might seem like the most trivial of things.

Anxiety is not to be dismissed, discouraged, or stigmatized.

Anxiety is what I have. Not who I am.
